RETURN POLICY

1.  All defective devices may be exchanged within 2 years of receipt for replacement

2.  All unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price

Please email support@ziipbeauty.com for a Return Authorization (RA) request, and ship the returned product(s) to:

Please allow 14 business days to inspect your device.  If your device is received in working condition, it will be shipped back to you as received (unless unopened and unused within 14 days) .

If a refund is applicable, credit will be applied back to original card, if purchased directly from the manufacturer. If original purchase was made from a third party, your credit will be issued via check, and will be mailed within 2-4 weeks after receiving the returned product. An immediate refund MAY be available by returning your ZIIP BEAUTY product to the retailer of your original purchase.

Please note that ZIIP BEAUTY does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

  • Products purchased new from unauthorized distributors, or through unauthorized distribution channels
  • Items that are not defective, unless unopened and unused (within 14 days)
  • Products purchased more than two years ago
  • Damages due to misuse, improper maintenance or repair, using alternate voltage source, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt
  • Shipping charges

Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. ZIIP BEAUTY does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.
