Selecting 2-Day shipping at checkout does not guarantee tht an online order will be shipped on the same day and get to a customer within 2 days. It will only guarantee that the order will be shipped via 2-Day Air once the order ships.

An alternative method to initiate a return or replacement is to email support@ziipbeauty.com for a return Authorization (RA) request. Product(s) returned without a RA# (Return Authorization number) will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. ZIIP does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product(s) being returned for a refund without an RA number. Send via an insured method & forward tracking details to support@ziipbeauty.com.
